Carrier Pre Select
To reduce your call minute costs you can utilise Carrier Pre Select. This is where your calls are re-routed from the BT network to an alternative carrier that can provide lower call rates. The programming for Carrier Pre Select is carried out at the exchange by BT Openreach thus eliminating the need for a PABX to be reprogrammed or access codes to be used. This reduces faults and on-site management.
Wholesale Access
Where customers don’t want to use carrier pre select and would prefer to use BT for their call minutes, GCI Com can provide, maintain and bill your call minutes whilst passing on savings. You benefit from lower call rates whilst receiving GCI Com support services.
